Peptides

Peptides are chains of amino acids that are the building blocks of proteins in the skin. One important protein in our skin is collagen. Collagen gives skin its thickness and suppleness. When collagen breaks down in the skin (from age and environmental factors like the sun and stress), wrinkles form. More specifically, collagen is made of three polypeptide chains, so adding peptides can stimulate your skin to make collagen. More collagen can lead to firmer, younger-looking skin.

Retinol

The 'Gold Standard' in skin care, Retinoids reduce fine lines and wrinkles by increasing the production of collagen. They also stimulate the production of new blood vessels in the skin, which improves skin colour. Additional benefits include fading age spots and softening rough patches of skin. Known for their influence on acne and collagen production, there is "strong scientific evidence" behind Retinoids and their impact on the skin.

Hyaluronic Acid

Niacinamide

Another vitamin in our specially derived formulae is Niacinamide. This vitamin B3 derivative is great for people with sensitive skin because it tends not to irritate, and is often used to boost skin moisture. It does a little bit of everything. It can reduce hyperpigmentation; it can help with red skin and sensitivity; it can help skin restore its own moisturising mechanism
